How do to send a repair in?

Please Fill out the below Service and Repair Form and Simply post it in with your repairs to our repair department.

We suggest registered post, no need to include the packaging, just padded post pack.

Please don’t forget to send in the Completed Service and Repair Form and include your stamped warranty or proof of purchase.

If you do not have either of these, one of the agents will contact you with a quote prior to any repair work carried out to your watch.

Authorised Internet Dealers & Warranty

Only a limited number of internet sites operating within in Australia and New Zealand are Authorised Internet Dealers.

If you are purchasing on the Internet you need to be wary as many unauthorised sellers and non-authorised internet sites may look like legitimate, but they may not be.

Products sold by non-authorised internet sites may not be genuine and may not carry warranty in Australia or New Zealand.

As a result, the manufacturer’s warranty is void, only genuine products have a warranty from the original sale date from an authorised stockist.

Genuine watches are marked with a unique model number to confirm its originality and if it is a legitimate model sold within Australia and New Zealand.

How Long does it take to get a repair done?
Our current turnaround time is approximately 6 weeks.
How do you get a replacement band for your watch
